RETURN TERMS!
In Romania, the return of products sold over the Internet is strictly regulated in GEO 34/2014, which is in line with EU legislation.
FINAL RETURN
The FLOATING SENSATION swimsuit is an underwear item that can no longer be used by other buyers for reasons of hygiene and health due to unsealing, wearing or using. For this reason, this product falls under the exemptions according to Article 16 in paragraph e) of GEO 34/2014. regarding the return of the products and will not be returned as such.
When ordering the product, make sure that the measurements of the person who will be using the suit: height, chest, waist, circumference above the hips, match those of the model you want, which you can find on the technical support website. : https://www.terrasoft2000.ro . The dimensions of the user must be between the minimum and the maximum.
The swimming assistant can be adjusted on the body with an adjustment range of 6 cm to the height of the swimmer and approx. 20 cm to the circumference. This is the main landmark. If the user is a heavier person, choose the immediately larger model with the same height. If the user has an asthenic constitution (very weak) with the same height, choose the immediately smaller model. It is important that the user's dimensions are between the minimum and the maximum. Adaptation to the body will be done with the adjustment systems.
A return is possible if the buyer has not unsealed the product, has not worn it, has not used it for swimming, has not been soiled, has not washed or has not been damaged.
When you receive the product, please check the package. The package must be free of: cuts, tears, punctures or repairs by gluing. If you find that the product is in packaging with cuts, tears or stitches, refuse to accept it and do not sign the receipt.
After you have received the package, carefully unpack the product and before breaking the seal, decide whether to buy it or return it. At this stage, when the product is sealed, clean and marked with washable markings, a return is possible. From the moment you receive the package, you have 14 days to contact us and we will assist you in sending the return form and other legal formalities. After our company receives the returned product in good condition, we repeat: sealed product, clean and undamaged product; you will be reimbursed the money for the product minus the return shipping fee of approx. 25 EUR.
The return of a used, soiled, washed or damaged product is not possible. Any insistence in this direction is illegal and we will not comply with such a request!
CHANGE OF THE PRODUCT
If the product meets the conditions for return, conditions that we remind: sealed product, clean product, unused product for swimming; then you can contact our sales office by e-mail and we will support you in handling the legal formalities.
In the event of a change request, the customer bears the courier fees for both the return and the new delivery. The courier costs for the new delivery will be charged to the customer and upon receipt of payment the new product will be delivered.
It is not possible to change an used, dirty, washed or damaged product. Any insistence on this direction is illegal and we will not comply with such a request. Make sure this product is sitting on the user's body before opening it and using it for swimming. Try the sealed suit over clothing with the label intact, do not try on bare skin. Read the page over Hygiene of the product . Try the product on clothes, make sure it fits by relaxing it and only after you are sure it fits you, and do not send it back. Only then should you wash the product for personal use.
